Regi King; B.S. Adult Health & Fitness, C.S.C.S Regi has been a personal trainer for over eight years. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Physical Education. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association(NSCA.) Athletes from Little League to Major League Baseball players have excelled under Regi's training. As a Strength Coach, Regi has trained for three different professional teams in hockey and baseball. Regi lives with his wife in Matthews, N.C.

Christine Rasmussen; ACSM After nearly a decade in the software industry, Christine decided it was time to make a career change. She wanted to pursue something she truly believed in, something of value - her passion for fitness. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Throughout the years Christine has been fortunate to have several exceptional teachers. As a result she incorporates the athleticism and balance of kickboxing, the core stability of Pilates and the healthful stretching techniques of Kripalu yoga into her workouts. Christine welcomes anyone with a desire to improve their health and quality of life. She has a special interest in women's issues including: body image; physical confidence and self-defense; and the challenges of menopause. |  |
